How long will a carving last?

The carving will last for 3 to 4 banquets, as long as you take care of it. You can learn how to take care of the carving by watching the “Taking care of carving” demo on the demo link. Also picking under ripe fruit will help the carving to last.

What is your favorite food to work with? What is your favorite fruit?

Right now my favorite food is cheese and tallow and my favorite fruit is a watermelon.

How many different foods have you carved?

I have carved fruit, vegetable, cheese, butter, chocolate, ice and tallow.
